Life gets overwhelming at times and like most clients, you have probably contemplated therapy, which means, you have begun taking the necessary steps to begin working on yourself! 

Many people struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, navigating friendships, connecting with their partner, or building a stronger family dynamic, but I am here to help. No matter how big or small the problem is, no one should face life challenges alone.

 

In my practice, I view therapy as a collaborative process. You are the expert on your life and your experiences and I can help you figure out where you want to go and how you can get there. I would be happy to be a part of your journey of healing, seeking self-acceptance, and optimal fulfillment to live your best life.

 

My hope for our work together would be once you have completed treatment you have a better understanding of yourself, your emotions, your behaviors and a toolbox full of techniques to help you navigate through any stressors that you may face.
