Service Description

Family therapy is designed to examine the dynamics of the relationships with the people we love. Family therapy is focused on how problems occur in and affect the family's dynamic. As you may notice, when one member of a family experiences a problem it often impacts other members of the family. Family therapy examines the patterns of behavior and interaction that surround a problem. My approach is from an understanding that all parts of the family are interrelated and that change in one area affects the overall functioning of the whole. Family therapy is designed to be brief, solution-oriented with specific and achievable goals. Family therapy is offered to up to four people.
